The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on udinjp:

Access to and use of the udinjp platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. udinjp is specifically designed and operated for the Indonesian market.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on udinjp or any affiliated platform.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of udinjp or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or game suppliers.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account on udinjp. Only one account per person, per household, and per payment method is permitted.

To access the full range of udinjp services, you must register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing management of your Account:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. udinjp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
3. Notification of Breach: You must notify udinjp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
4. One Account Policy: Each Member may hold only one Account. Attempts to register multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different identity documents — constitute fraud and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Non-Transferable: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
6. Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. udinjp reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts and, after due notice, to close such Accounts and transfer remaining balances in accordance with applicable procedure.

udinjp operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. All Members must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, valid copy of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three (3) months, clearly displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used for deposits, confirming that the account belongs to you.
• Source of Funds: For large transactions or at our discretion, documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds deposited into your udinjp Account.

udinjp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

All financial transactions on udinjp are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:

5.1 Deposits

• udinjp accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard and are subject to change at udinjp's discretion.
• udinjp does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Balance within five (5) minutes for e-wallet transfers and within thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers, subject to your bank's processing schedule.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity on your verified KYC profile.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours from the time of approval, subject to banking hours and payment provider availability.
• udinjp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the withdrawal page of your Account dashboard.
• Requests to withdraw funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be declined until those requirements are fulfilled.

5.3 Currency & Exchange

All Balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses on udinjp are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). udinjp does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Member through their personal banking provider are the Member's sole responsibility.

udinjp offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. udinjp reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its discretion without prior notice.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will be automatically forfeited. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified period will also result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: udinjp actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, collusion, use of multiple accounts, and arbitrage. Any Member found to be abusing promotions will have their bonuses revoked and may face account suspension.
• Modification & Cancellation: udinjp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Such changes will be communicated via the Platform with reasonable notice where practicable.

The following general rules apply to all wagering and gaming activity conducted through udinjp. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering), and bandar bola (football bookmaker markets)) are published within the respective product sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet receipt has been issued by the Platform. udinjp reserves the right to decline or void any wager at its discretion, including in cases of obvious pricing errors.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds or game configuration, udinjp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. "Manifest error" means an error that a reasonable person would recognize as obviously incorrect.
• Void Bets: Voided bets have their stakes returned to the Member's Balance. Voided selections within accumulator bets (including mix parlay multi-leg accumulators) are treated as non-runners, and the accumulator is recalculated without the voided selection.
• Results & Disputes: All game results and sporting event outcomes are final once officially confirmed. Disputes regarding outcomes must be raised with udinjp support within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant result being published.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure or connectivity interruption during a live game session, udinjp's server records shall be the definitive source of record for determining the outcome of any wager affected.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on udinjp and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or through proxies.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or platform staff, or any form of cheating.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage or bonus abuse strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional offers.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing udinjp staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorization.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

All content published on the udinjp platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of udinjp or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from udinjp.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of udinjp's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

udinjp is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account on udinjp, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:

• Your data is collected only for legitimate purposes related to the operation of your Account, compliance with legal obligations, and improvement of Platform services.
• udinjp does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Your data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure, access-controlled servers.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

udinjp is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. We provide a comprehensive suite of self-management tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, loss limits, and voluntary self-exclusion options.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, udinjp's total liability to any Member in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

udinjp expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
• Disruption or unavailability of the Platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, government actions, internet service failures, or acts of third parties.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from a Member's reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to technical error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit udinjp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate a Member Account in accordance with the following provisions:

13.1 Termination by the Member: You may close your Account at any time by contacting udinjp support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met.

13.2 Termination by udinjp: udinjp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Account inactivity beyond the dormancy threshold.
• Any regulatory requirement or court order directing suspension or closure.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach by the Member, udinjp reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to forfeit such Balance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and udinjp arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language.

udinjp makes no representation that the Platform or its content complies with the laws of any specific jurisdiction outside of its operating territory. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
